Rekai Rusinga is a Graduate Student in the Department of Political Science at UC Davis. Before coming to UC Davis, he studied and taught at the University of Zimbabwe; worked as a Programs Officer with Zimbabwe’s leading domestic election observer group, the Zimbabwe Election Support Network; and coordinated research on voter registration with the National Democratic Institute.
