Bio
Research Focus
I'm a Faculty Lecturer at UC Davis where I teach courses on topics ranging from legislative behavior to survey research. My research focuses on the representation of nonreligious persons in the US as well as political polarization and vaccine hesitancy.
I conduct survey research to examine how partisanship effects mass level interpersonal decisions. My work on how egocentric social networks affect vaccine hesitancy has been published in American Politics Research as well as my work on nonreligious candidates.
Prior to grad school I received my BA in political science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
Aside from research, I'm a Marvel movie fan, cyclist, and strategy game enthusiast.
