Grad. Student Rizwan Asghar to become Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin

Grad student and soon to be Ph.D. Rizwan Asghar has accepted a multi-year position as a Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Trinity College Dublin where he will continue his research on civil-military relations and its effects on civil war outcomes and nuclear weapons policy.  Congratulations Rizwan!
